The Everywhere Studio
Deutsche Bank is pleased to sponsor the exhibition “The Everywhere Studio” at the ICA Miami.
Art, Culture & Sports together with Deutsche Bank Wealth Management are pleased to sponsor “The Everywhere Studio,” an exhibition tracing the impact and influence of the artist's studio from post-war to the present day.
The exhibition is the inaugural show for the new Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami (ICA Miami), which opened its doors on December 1. The show encompasses nearly 100 works in painting, sculpture, video, and installation, and brings together over 50 artists from the past five decades. Through a combination of post-war artists and emerging practitioners, the exhibition aims to create intergenerational dialogues that enhance understanding of the most innovative artists and how the artist's studio has functioned as a charged site that has both predicted and responded to broader social and economic changes of our time. Featured artists include Pablo Picasso, Yves Klein, Philip Guston, Bruce Nauman, Carolee Schneemann as well as newly commissioned worked by Neïl Beloufa, Jana Euler, Matthew Angelo Harrison, Margaret Honda, and Yuri Pattison.
“The new ICA Miami is an important addition to the cultural landscape of this thriving city and popular international art destination,” said Liz Christensen, Senior Curator, Art, Culture & Sports. “We are pleased to partner with the ICA and its commitment to deliver high level exhibitions, educational programs and scholarship about contemporary art.”
