We’re pleased to be recognised for the progress we’re making on gender equality, but there’s still more to do. It’s important to us that our people can be themselves at work. Our employee resource groups help us make sure we are being properly inclusive. Our dbPride group has represented the LGBTQ+ community at the bank since 2003. In 2023 we received a Silver Award from Stonewall for the second year in a row for our commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion and we were named one of the most inclusive employers in the UK (Stonewall Top 100 Employers 2023).
