European Asian Bank opened its branch for Sri Lanka in Colombo.

European Asian Bank became Deutsche Bank (Asia).

Deutsche Bank (Asia) was merged into Deutsche Bank AG. The branch in Colombo began to operate under the name of Deutsche Bank AG.
