Jamal Al Kishi is Board Member and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia

Based in Riyadh, Jamal Al Kishi rejoined Deutsche Bank after a four-year stint as CEO of Gulf International Bank BSC. Prior to that he occupied several positions within Deutsche Bank, including CEO MEA, and CEO of Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia.

Jamal’s banking experience comprises roles in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Structured and Project Finance, Corporate Banking and Asset Management.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Banking and an Engineering Degree and has attended several specialized training programs.

Bayan Bin Zarah, Head of Compliance and AFC

Bayan Bin Zarah is Head of Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC).

Bayan joined Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia in August 2025 as Head of Compliance and AFC. Prior to joining DSSA, she served as Chief Compliance Officer at State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Solutions from 2022 to 2025. Before that, she was Head of Compliance at BNP Paribas Investment Company Saudi Arabia from 2016 to 2022 and Acting Head of Compliance at Hollandi Capital, an affiliate of Saudi Hollandi Bank (now Alawwal Bank), from 2015 to 2016.

Earlier in her career, Bayan was part of the Business Development team at Hollandi Capital from 2009 to 2014, where she supported multiple business lines, worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer on corporate strategy, and contributed to a range of strategic initiatives. She brings more than 15 years of experience across compliance, anti-financial crime, business development, and financial services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Awais Omar, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Awais Omar is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia.

Awais rejoined Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia after holding regional finance leadership roles within Deutsche Bank across the Middle East and Africa. He has 29 years of experience spanning the banking, energy and commodities sectors.

Awais joined Deutsche Bank in London in 2008 and has been based in the Middle East since 2013. Throughout his career, he has held a range of senior finance positions, bringing extensive experience in financial management, governance and strategic planning.

Awais holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA), and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
