Deutsche Bank Group in Japan stands proud for LGBTIQ+ inclusion in Tokyo
Tokyo’s annual Rainbow Pride Parade was held in Tokyo, Japan in April. Jon Tilli, Global Chair of dbPride and Tamio Honma, Chief Country Officer Japan walked the streets of Shibuya ward together with more than 70 colleagues including members of dbPride Japan, employee allies and families to show their support for the LGBTIQ + community worldwide. The parade, attended by thousands of people, marked the return of the event in earnest after a three-year pandemic hiatus.
