Please note the following information about the Deutsche Bank Ltd., Russia operations in December:
Customer Desk will be open on Dec 1 and 8 from 10am-3pm, only, at the current DB address: 82 Sadovnicheskaya Street, Building 2, Moscow, Russia. From Dec 1-8 (before the Bank moves to a new address), documents can be collected on any working day upon request or courier delivery can be requested.
Customer Desk will be open on Dec 22 and 29 from 10am-3pm, only, at the new DB address: 5 Lesnaya street, Moscow, Russia
Cash desk operations are no longer supported.
Statements for the last day of the year (Dec 30) will be delivered on Jan 3 at the usual time in the morning.
